Nero is one of my favourite cafes and i am very particular about my latte .The young man ,who severed me was very friendly and polite but i was so impressed that he made me my favourite latte! Which is single shot, extra hot & skinny . I was pleasantly surprised that he created the perfect latte for me! Well done & thanks so much"
